Porlanmaz Automatic Bowl Tilting Machine works together with the mobile bowl of the Spiral Mixer with Removable Bowl. It transfers the mixed dough to the hopper of the dough divider quickly and safely, without any hand contact.
After the bowl is placed and fixed on the machine, it is lifted up. When it reaches the top position, the bowl starts to rotate automatically, and with the help of the scraper inside the bowl, all the dough is discharged into the hopper. After discharging, the bowl moves down, and the last part of the lowering is completed very smoothly.
